Central Academy at Lake Park BELIEVES:
A.
The Holy Bible is the only infallible, authoritative
Word of God and is the true vantage point from which
education can be viewed in proper perspective. From
the Bible we learn origins, purpose of life, life's
basic value system, true moral standards and the proper
integration of all learning.
B.
There is only one God, eternally existent in three
persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit:
C.
In the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin
Birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His
vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood,
in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the
right hand of the Father, and in His personal return
to power and glory.
D.
Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential
for the salvation of lost and sinful people.
E.
The present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose
indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly
life.
F.
The resurrection of both the saved and the lost; those
that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and
those that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation:
G.
The spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus
Christ;
H.
The ultimate purpose of life is to glorify God and
attain eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord,
beginning within our own families and then reaching
out to a suffering humanity that does not know of
His love and sacrifice;
I.
That children are a gift of God, a heritage from the
Lord. We are, therefore, accountable to God for molding,
shaping and preparing them for a life of service to
God and to others.
J. That family is sacred.
Marriage is a permanent, lifelong relationship between
a man and a woman. Human life is inestimable in value
and significant at all ages from conception to the
grave. |
